MV Penthouse is a transformation of a 1938 family house into a multi-generational home with a new penthouse offering views of the Dolomites. The design respects its historical context in Gries Bolzano, integrating a green sanctuary with Japanese and Mediterranean influences. The architecture harmoniously blends old and new, focusing on natural light and connection to nature. It utilizes natural materials like clay, lime, wood, and stone, emphasizing their textures. Custom-designed furniture, some from construction remnants, adds a sustainable touch.

The project embodies tranquil architecture, emphasizing silent spaces and harmonious living. Spaces are adaptable, with movable wooden elements and sliding doors, allowing for both privacy and open family areas. The natural color palette and use of renewable energies and sustainable materials highlight an ethos of authenticity.

MV Penthouse is a sensory experience, engaging through natural textures and scents, prioritizing residents' well-being. It blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor, creating a unified living experience that reflects the architect's personal vision, making it a living extension of its inhabitants.
